Meanwhile Heading is equipped with mechanical automatic production lines such as combing, lapping and needling from Autefa, Germany. To minimize the gram deviation per unit and achieve perfect uniformity, to live up to customers’ expectation, Heading sticks to excellent production procedures and makes the simple not so simple.

Practicing the ideology of Assuring Quality like a Craftsman, every product from Heading had undergone detailed perfection. Scientific surface treatment like heat setting, dipping, singeing, calendering and coating can significantly prevent the fabric from shrinking, remove surface batting, improve filtration effectiveness and increase heat resistance.

The large-scaled automated sewing line greatly raised the sewing efficiency and accuracy for filter bags. With precise laser cutting comes flawlessness, making production smarter and faster.

The intelligent filter bag suspension system brings automatic and organized transportation and classification for filter bags, which makes it easier to keep the products untainted and the production clear and more regulated by real-time monitoring.

Heading has also introduced the advanced weaving machines such as DORNIER from Germany and PICANOL from Belgium. Combined with rich experience in woven cloth producing, the rigorousness of Heading shines through the needles weaving.

In the aspect of management, Heading takes advantage of the combination of the IOT information system and the ERP system to digitize supplying and marketing information, covering every aspect of production. There are mainly two types of our products including solid-liquid separation and industrial dust removal. Products range from medium and high temperature filter materials, needled felt, non-woven fabrics to dust removal fabric cloth bags, woven filter cloth, power plant desulfurization net, ventilating plate, net mesh, sludge dehydration net and various high number mangrove stainless steel nets made of aramid fiber, PPS, P84, fiberglass composite and acrylic.

Our products are widely used in fields like thermal power plant, metallurgy, cement, petrochemical, paper making, asphalt mixing and waste incineration.
